New Wilderness Realty Website

We are excited about the launch of our new site specializing in Maine land sales.  It has been a few months since our last blog post; and during this time we have been working diligently on this new project.  Here are just a few of the features that we have included to provide our visitor friends “cutting edge” information regarding our properties.

Google Maps

You can now find our listings on Google Maps and Satellite.  Simply click on “View Maps” under individual listings.  You can shift from “Maps” to “Satellite” or vise a versa by clicking on the respective icon.

Mortgage Calculator

Figure out your monthly payments using this interesting tool.  You can find this feature at the bottom of the “Detail” page for each property.  For those properties with Owner Financing available, the default is the interest rate, minimum down payment, and maximum term.  To find the monthly payment for a specific property, simply click on “Loan Repayment”, then click on calculate. You can override the default by simply plugging in your own numbers.

Properties that are marked as “Financing: Not Available” may still qualify for the owner financing option but have additional requirements not found in the standard owner financing package.  Feel free to call and inquire about any special financing options that may be available for these properties.

The site has a new feel and many, many pages with pictures and maps.  There is a section for open house schedules, another for news/blog and another for buyers.  There are several sections dealing with specific types of land.  Feel free to check out the site and the various sections.
